MTN attains Cisco gold partner status

by AKANI CHAUKE
JOHANNESBURG – MTN South Africa has achieved prestigious Cisco Gold Partner status, the highest level of certification offered by Cisco.

This achievement underscores MTN’s deep technical expertise, relentless commitment to innovation, and its position as a trusted provider of world-class information and communication technology (ICT) solutions.

“Attaining Cisco Gold Partner status is more than just a badge of honour, it’s a validation of the years we’ve invested in training, systems, and service excellence,” said David Behr, Executive: Converged Solutions at MTN South Africa.

“It affirms our ability to design, deploy, and support secure, intelligent infrastructure that meets the dynamic needs of modern businesses across the country.”

This recognition aligns with MTN’s Ambition 2025 strategy, which aims to lead digital solutions for Africa’s progress.

As part of this ambition, MTN continues to modernise its network infrastructure to deliver best-in-class enterprise services, enabling organisations to thrive in an increasingly connected, cloud-driven world.

“Customers now have even greater confidence in the solutions we deliver,” Behr added.

“This recognition enables us to offer faster innovation and better service delivery tailored to the unique challenges faced by African enterprises.”

The Cisco Gold Partner designation is one of the most rigorous and respected certifications in the networking and IT industry.
