JOHANNESBURG – THE Tecno Spark Go 2S is now available in South Africa.
The smartphone is selling at a recommended retail price of only R1 399 (US$78,79).
According to the Chinese firm, it is designed with value for money, performance and style in mind, and brings together smart technology and sleek design to empower South Africans to do more, stay connected and express themselves.

Some of the key features of the new device include the 128GB storage, 5 000mAh battery.
The smartphone comprises a 6.67-inch screen with 120Hz refresh rate.
Others are a 13MP dual camera setup on the rear and an 8MP selfie camera.
The design is matched by the device’s IP64 rating, which highlights the dust and water resistance of the phone.
“With the arrival of Spark Go 2S, Tecno continues its mission of technology inclusiveness and providing innovative devices that combine global technology trends with the needs of local users,” it stated.
